1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and 7IT Consulting Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a federally registered corporation based in Ontario, Canada, regarding your access to and use of www.7itconsulting.com, our software platforms, mobile applications, SMS programs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authorization to bind that entity.

5. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Name:

7IT Alerts & Notifications

Program Description:

By subscribing, users agree to receive SMS messages from 7IT Consulting Inc. for purposes including account updates, service notifications, scheduling reminders, support messages, and promotional alerts. Message frequency varies based on user activity and preferences.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:

To rejoin, sign up again through our website or platform as you did initially. Upon re-enrollment, SMS messages will resume.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Account Registration and Management

7. User Responsibilities and Limitations

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our technology complies with all relevant regulations, including Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and privacy laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

9. Compliance Obligations

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CASL, PIPEDA, and CRTC Telecommunications Rules. We may suspend or terminate service for any non-compliance.

10. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

Access may be provided through paid subscriptions. Fees, terms, and renewal policies are posted on our website. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, trademarks, and technology remain the property of 7IT Consulting Inc. You retain rights to your own content but grant us permission to use anonymized data for service improvement.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and not disclose it except as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7IT Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access or error correction.

15. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or SMS program at any time. You may terminate your subscription or SMS participation by following opt-out instructions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and 7IT Consulting Inc. regarding the use of our Service.
